My experience with Mim Leggette was more than I could have ever expected. I was about to sell my home of 25 years to downsize and that was very hard for me. Not onlly was she very impressive, masterful, immediate, and excellent. she was kind and compassionate in helping me stage my home, remove clutter and really prepare my home for sale. My home was on the market in a down market and still sold in 90 days. There were homes in my neighborhood that sat for 6 to 8 months. The best part is that once it did sell and I had 60 days to find a home, get financed and move, she made sure I saw every home as soon as it came on the market in my price range and location that I wanted.
